For liquidators and former directors. The Slack or Microsoft Teams archive of a company that has stopped trading can still be realised in the liquidation.

### What we can do

- **An asset that is rarely listed** — the Slack or Microsoft Teams archive, internal documentation and project histories of a company that employed 50 people or more at its peak. Specialised buyers license this kind of data for AI training.
- **Who decides** — the liquidator, or whoever controls the data. Internal messages contain personal data of former employees: whether and how they can be transferred is a legal question for the liquidator and the buyer (PDPA), not something this site can settle or promise.
- **What we do** — tell us which company and roughly how many people it employed; we answer with whether it fits and what to do next. We are paid by the buyer if a partnership is signed, never by the company.
- **For a whole caseload** — send the UENs you hold; get back the ones worth a closer look.
